Some Logistics

When you first log in to your account, please verify your email and mailing addresses right away. We want to make sure you're getting the goods you deserve (and future goods, too) in a timely fashion! While you’re at it, reply to this email and tell us:

  • What name we should put on your Founder's Wall plaque

  • Any social media you'd like us to tag when we celebrate your enshrining (which is totally a word!)

  • Your instagram username so we can approve you to follow the private MultiCrew instagram. Be sure to request to follow us on Instagram (@multicrewfinsta), too!

Live Shows

Here’s how requesting your live show tickets will work: email multicrew@multitude.productions with the live show you would like to go to. Give us the names of you and your guest that we can put on the list. From there, we’ll let you know the time and directions to the VIP meet-and-greet before the show! So easy, so cool.

To access your exclusive RSS featuring episodes of Head Heart Gut, log on to your account dashboard, click the Podcast tab, and subscribe using your preferred podcast app.

Being a Multicrew Member means you get access to private channels in our Discord server. To access them with your special role, please join the server using the unique link sent to you by Memberful (in a separate email). If you have not received this email, or if you've already joined the server before becoming part of the MultiCrew, please respond to this email to let us know! We'll be sure to manually assign you your new role.

How do I access Head Heart Gut?

Easy! Log on to your account dashboard, click the Podcast tab, and subscribe using your preferred podcast app.

I used to have access to HHG, but my feed isn’t updating now. Help!

This sometimes happens if your membership pauses or restarts. Try unsubscribing from the feed, then log into your account dashboard, click the Podcast tab, and subscribe using your preferred podcast app.

Mail & Merch

When do I get my postcard/stickers/Collector’s Club stuff?

Street team sticker packs are mailed out within 2-4 weeks of you joining. Collector’s Club packages are sent four times a year, and we’ll reach out before the next one goes out to make sure your address and preferences are up-to-date.

If you haven’t received a reward or your address will be changing soon, please reply to any of our emails to let us know.

What is my merch discount code?

If you’re in the $10 Insider tier or above, check your welcome email! If you can’t find it for whatever reason, email us at multicrew [at] multitude [dot] productions.

Hangouts

How do I schedule my Founder private hangout?

Easy! Just email multicrew [at] multitude [dot] productions with a few days/times that would work for you over the next few weeks, and we’ll get it scheduled. Hangouts happen once per year, immediately upon signup for Annual members or after 11 months of membership for Monthly members.

Discord

How do I sign up for the Discord?

Check your email for a signup link! If you didn’t get one, email us at multicrew [at] multitude [dot] productions

I’m having issues signing into the Discord.

First, make sure you’re logged into your Multicrew account here. You’ll also need to have an email address associated with your Discord account (help article here). If both of those things are true and you’re still having trouble, try logging out of Discord and then log back in. If you’re on mobile, try a desktop computer. If that fails, hit ‘reply’ to any of our emails and we’ll sort you out.

I was already in the MultiCrew Discord before becoming a member, and now that I joined the MultiCrew, I still don’t have access to MultiCrew channels.

Try leaving the server and logging out of Discord. Then use the link you received in your Multicrew welcome email to log back in, and you should be able to rejoin the server! If that fails, feel free to message the mods, and they can get you set up.
