Whiteboard Day: Podcast Development Package ($750)

Get expert help to create a strong foundation and creation plan for your podcast. Over three distinct strategy sessions, our professionals will take you through Multitude’s (metaphorically) patented Whiteboard Day pre-production process. Each session flows into the next, culminating in a cohesive show concept, production plan, and growth strategy.

Go beyond how-tos and guides to speak with real podcasting professionals about your goals. Past clients tell us that the best part of their sessions is how we cut through the noise to tell them what actually matters. We don’t just lay out options, but recommend where to focus your resources and prioritize your time.

Your three-part Whiteboard Day intensive will include:

  • Creative Consult (90 mins): Refine your show concept, subject matter, episode structure, guest list, release schedule, podcast metadata, and more. This is the crux of the pre-production process, ensuring that the format of your podcast works for and not against you. Walk away with a clear idea of what your show will cover, how specific episodes will flow from start to finish, and how to describe the show to others in a succinct and impactful way.

  • Production Consult (60 mins audio review + 30 min call): Get equipment and software recommendations, diagnose problems you may encounter while recording, and level up your editing and production game with time-saving tips. Send in a sample episode or audio sample before your call to receive feedback on your recording technique and editing choices. Learn not just how to capture good audio but why these techniques work.

  • Marketing & Sales Consult (60 mins): Set realistic goals and create strategic plans for sponsorship, membership, monetization, and growth. We will focus on what areas are most important to you, from no-nonsense rundowns on which platforms value creators and which ones you should avoid, to tips and templates for pitching journalists and sponsors on your show.

Finally, we can also provide quotes on editing, production, ad sales, marketing, or social media support.

Soup to Nuts: Podcast Pilot Package ($2,500)

They helped (Directed!) me in developing some wonderful programmatic, analytic, and marketing tools and procedures to work with on an ongoing basis making it far easy to stay on top of recurring tasks and needs, and be able to re-focus on growth and income potential and progress. Their experience, kind and good humor and enthusiasm were just what I needed when I needed it!”

“I was really impressed with the work the Multitude team did for our ‘Left of the Dial’ launch, especially the super-attractive press packet! Highly recommended.“
